HOME

My name is Joey Walsh and I am the oldest of three. My home town is Reno Nevada and I have lived there my whole life with my dad, mom, brother, and sister. I love soccer and have played it since I was six years old. I attended public school until I went to a Catholic high school (the same one that my dad attended when he was my age). I am currently attending Franciscan university and studying philosophy with a minor in Theology. Further, at Franciscan, I am in the priestly discernment program (a program for young men who are discerning if God is calling them to the priesthood), and I play soccer for the university. I am really looking forward to Totus Tuus this summer because I want help the youth grow in their faith and to grow in my own faith as well.

My name is Chris Taylor. I was born and raised in New Orleans, La., but I currently live in Carthage, Tx. This is my second year with Totus Tuus of Tyler.  I look forward again to teaching younger children about the Catholic Faith in a fun way.  Last year's experience of meeting new people from around the country and being able to hand on the faith to younger people was really awesome!  I'm entering Panola College in the fall and will continue helping to manage my family's sawmill.
